I have been trying to come up with a better way to plan our meals for the week. My previous method (none) just wasn't working. I found something online that I liked but it was not the size I wanted. So I made my own. It's not pretty, like all the others on the internet, but it works for me. I wanted to share, in case it will help anyone else.
