It's Been Awhile....
So obviously, we are settled into our new house. We really love it. We even had all the family over one Sunday. It was a super hot day and crowded, with both sides of the family here, but a lot of fun! I hope to be able to do that again. Many times.
You know, I am a bad person. I just have to make sure you all know that. I check certain blogs every few days, anxious for updates and yet, here sits my blog, with nothing new. I am such a hypocrite! So I am going to try (again) to be better about updating my blog. I just always feel like I have nothing to say. But I guess if you are reading this, you are just going to have to read my nothing. If you don't like it I guess you can stop reading, eh?
I guess I can give a quick rundown of us these days. Bradley works. I stay home with Preston. Preston is my little shadow these days. He is super clingy, it's almost annoying. He is in that stage where only mom will do. I hope this doesn't last very long. I want my freedom! Heh heh. Or at least to be able to go out for a couple hours, visiting teaching, without him crying the whole time I am gone. Seriously, kid. Geesh. Anyway.
Preston is 20 months old now. He is still super cute. We got his hair cut again and there are no curls right now. I wonder if the will come back? He looks so different this time. Like a little boy, not a baby anymore. Right now he is sitting in his little bear chair, watching Maisy, with his sunglasses on. Silly kid. Preston hasn't decided if he likes Nursery at church or not. He did great for a few weeks then screamed for a few weeks. He was much better last week, hopefully he will be fine now. I teach Sunbeams so I can't exactly leave them to sit with Preston. (As much as I would like to, some day. Sunbeams can be hard!) And it's nice for Bradley (or my parents, if he is working or out of town) to be able to go to class, too. Thank goodness for a certain sweet nursery teacher. And music time!
Bradley recently spent a week in California for work, getting some more certifications. He is all sorts of Apple certified now. And next week he gets to go help open a call center in Utah. We sure miss him when he is gone. Thank goodness for video chat.
I am enjoying the neighborhood. I like to take Preston for walks (when it's not too hot). I love our ward, too. I am probably the most boring person in the family. I don't do much of anything. Thus, nothing to blog about. Oh well. Maybe I can start making stuff up? Hmm... There is an idea!
Well, enough for now. Honestly, I will try to keep this up. And I promise pictures next time.
